�Apex Legends has been a huge, unprecedented hit for EA. It was released with very little marketing hype back in February but quickly grew to have a player base of around 50 million. News of a mobile port was announced in May, though EA has been very quiet since then. PUBG Mobile was released a mere three months after its PC counterpart whilst the iOS edition of Fortnite came out seven months after its initial launch, with an Android port following a short time later.Now, of course, not all games run on the same engine, so it's never going to be the same timeframe. PUBG and Fortnite both make use of Unreal Engine 4 and Fortnite took longer to port, so there's a lot more going on behind the scenes in each case.However, you can see that both developers were able to port their respective battle royales fairly quickly making it not unreasonable to speculate that we'll see Apex Legends mobile before the end of the year.
